Sales Manager

As KAPTech sales manager, you are in charge of developing new sales areas and improving sales, Maintaining current client relationship

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining current Kaptech client relationships and identifying potential clients
  2. Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales
  3. Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
  4. Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
  5. Collaborating with the Kaptech project team to ensure the project is successfully delivered with good quality and within the timeline
  6. Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Proven sales experience in a related product or service
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  4. Expert understanding of service and product, and ability to innovate new ways the product can serve customers
  5. Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  6. Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
  7. Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments
